Welcome! By booking services with Neagu Andrei, you agree to the following terms. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth, professional collaboration between both parties.

1. Services Offered

I provide the following services:

Mixing

Mastering

Music Production

Composition / Songwriting

Audio Engineering

Sound Design

Each service is delivered professionally, using high-quality equipment, software, and industry-standard practices. Services are tailored to the client’s needs and style.

2. Booking & Communication

To start a project:

The client must send all relevant materials and details to my email: contact@neaguofficial.com. This includes stems, reference tracks, lyrics, and any specific instructions.

We will discuss the project scope, timeline, and any special requirements.

The client and I will agree on a payment method and project milestones.

Communication will primarily be via email or an agreed-upon platform. Regular updates on the project status will be provided to ensure the client is informed throughout the process.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required before work begins.

Payment methods include PayPal or any other mutually agreed-upon method.

Clients must select the service and confirm the payment method before the project starts.

Prices for services are listed on the website or agreed upon individually for custom projects.

4. Contract & Agreement

Before starting work, clients will sign a contract that outlines:

Project deliverables (files, revisions, formats)

Project timeline

Revisions included

Payment details

Other agreed-upon terms

This ensures clarity for both parties. The signed contract must be returned before payment is made.

5. Revisions & Project Updates

Projects include a specified number of revisions, as detailed in the contract or service description.

Additional revisions may be requested but may incur extra fees.

Clients will receive updates on the project’s progress, including draft versions if applicable.

6. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable.

Once work has started, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property & Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive the rights to the delivered materials as specified in the contract.

I retain the right to use the work for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Any samples, loops, or third-party material used remain subject to their respective copyright licenses.

8. Cancellation & Delays

Projects can be delayed by mutual agreement in writing.

The client may request cancellation, but payment will not be refunded for work already started.

I reserve the right to cancel a project if the client fails to provide materials or respond in a reasonable timeframe.

9. Confidentiality

All client materials and communications are treated as confidential. Work will not be shared publicly unless authorized by the client.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and any disputes will be addressed in accordance with applicable local laws.
